1. Application of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1.1 All orders placed via Internet at are covered by the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale; the latter apply excluding all other terms and conditions.  Placing an order implies that you have read, understood and thereby accept, without reservation, the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1.2 Using the present website means that you also agree to abide by our Terms of Use. Infuz urge you to carefully read the Terms of Use before using the services provided by this website.

1.3 Infuz reserves the right to modify the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time by posting a new version of these on this website.  Placing an order after the updated version of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale has been posted implies acceptance of the latter.

2. Registration

2.1 When registering onto the present website, you need to ensure that the mandatory information you provide is both accurate and complete.

2.2 Please inform Infuz of any change of address or other modifications by updating your personal data on the present website as soon as possible.

2.3 All information provided to Infuz for the purchase of products must be accurate and true.  Inaccuracies or lies constitute an infraction to the Terms of Service of this website.

3. Password

3.1 Upon registration with the present website, you must choose a password to enable you to use the website.  Your password is strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to anybody.

3.2 You will assume full responsibility for the safety of your password and user account.  Infuz is not liable, either directly or indirectly, for damages or expenses relating to or occurring after an unauthorized use of your account or password.

3.3 If you know or suspect that a third party knows or is using your password, you must inform Infuz as soon as possible.

4. Orders

4.1 Placing an order on the present website implies that you agree to purchase the products you have selected in accordance with the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

4.2 Infuz places products for sale on the present website based on stock availability.

4.3 Infuz reserves the right, at their discretion, to limit the quantity of products sold per capita or per address, whether the orders originate from the same or different sources or are directed to the same or different addresses.  You will be advised by Nutrisanté Laboratories if necessary.

4.4 Infuz may prohibit the sale of merchandise to resellers, traders, middle men, merchants or persons buying with the intent of selling products to other parties.

4.5 Infuz may cancel an order in the event of fraud.

5. Order confirmation

5.1 Once your order has been placed, you will receive e-mail confirmation with the order number, content of the order, and amount debited.

5.2 Orders placed on the present website do not constitute a binding contract if they have not been confirmed via e-mail by Infuz. 

5.3 By confirming your order, you agree to pay Nutrisanté Laboratories the amount shown on your order confirmation.

5.4 Information recorded by Infuz constitutes undeniable proof of your order and transaction.  Information recorded by the payment system undeniably proves the financial transactions performed.

6. Order follow-ups

6.1 It is possible to know the status of an order, at all times, by signing on to your personal space or by clicking on the link connected to your order confirmation e-mail.  Cancelled orders cannot be reactivated.

6.2 Occasionally a parcel may get lost.  Considering the mode of delivery, if delivery time is exceeded, contact our customer service department at or 1-800-667-7636 to clarify the situation.

7. Prices

7.1 Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD), excluding taxes and shipping fees.  Taxes and shipping fees are shown before an order is confirmed.

7.2 Product prices are exclusive to the website.

7.3 Shippinh fees are invoiced based on the rates shown on the present website as of the date the order was placed and calculated based on the size of the order, geographical distances and the type of delivery selected.

7.4 The standard delivery automatically applies to all orders.  However, it is possible to opt for express delivery when placing your order.

7.5 Standard delivery is free with a minimum purchase of 3 items.

7.6 Infuz reserves the right to modify prices and delivery fees at any time as well as cancel contracts containing errors in wording, printing, or calculation.

8. Deliveries

8.1 All orders confirmed by Infuz shall be delivered to the address shown on the order.

8.2 All orders are shipped via Canada Post.  Products are shipped across Canada.

8.3 Infuz strives to ensure delivery within 3-13 business days (Monday-Friday), except on Quebec and Canadian holidays.  Delivery time varies depending on the location of the receiver, type of delivery, and product availability.

8.4 Deliveries can only be fulfilled within Canada.

9. Verification of merchandise

9.1 It is your responsibility to check the quantity and condition of the merchandise you ordered upon delivery.

9.2 If there are items missing or damaged, you must notify our customer service department within 7 days following delivery.  Infuz will then replace missing or damaged items with identical ones, or issue you a full refund if unavailable.

10. Returns

10.1 You may return merchandise that is not right for you within 30 days of delivery.

10.2 Product must have been purchased at the regular price and must be returned unopened and undamaged in its original packaging.

10.3 All returns must include the bill as well as the return authorization number.

10.4 To obtain a return authorization number, contact our customer service department toll-free at 1-800-667-7636 or by e-mail at  Customer service will send you a return label and advise you how to proceed.

10.5 Products bought at partner sales outlets (pharmacies, health stores, etc.) may not be returned to our customer service department.

10.3 When returns have been made according to proper procedure, Infuz shall reimburse the price of the returned merchandise, excluding delivery fees, within a maximum of 30 days, as of the date the returned merchandise was received and once the condition of the returned merchandise has been checked.

11. Payment

11.1 Payments can be made via Paypal or credit card (Visa, MasterCard) only.  Cash payments or payments by cheque are not accepted.

11.2 Paypal is a secure platform we use for performing our on-line transactions; it will normally appear on your order form, even if you pay with a credit card.

11.3 Credit card payments are due immediately.  The information on your credit card is coded for security reasons.

11.4 Your order will not be fulfilled if your credit card has not been authorized by your financial institution.

11.5 The billing address on your order must be the same as that of your credit card in order for you to receive authorization for your transaction.


16. Force majeure

16.1 Infuz strives to fulfill their obligations but cannot be held liable for delays or suspended delivery services due to circumstances beyond their control such as strikes, wars, natural disasters or other events preventing the production, transportation or delivery of products.

16.2 In case of delay, Infuz will fulfill their obligations as soon as possible and reserve the right to allocate remaining products on stock among clients in an equitable manner.

17. Jurisdiction and Law  

17.1 The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale appearing on this website are governed and interpreted in accordance with Quebec provincial law.  Disputes, complaints, and proceedings stemming from or relating to the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale are to be resolved or settled within the Province of Quebec, Canada.  You hereby submit to and agree on the competence and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec and federal courts located in said province.
